DermaCare

A skin clinic platform from booking through recovery.

01 / The challenge

The challenge

Dermatology and aesthetic clinics often stitch together booking tools, paper charts, WhatsApp follow-ups, and a whiteboard queue. After peels, laser, or microneedling, recovery lives in chat threads: patients under-report complications until they escalate.

  • Booking, waiting, procedure history, and post-care in different places

  • Queue opacity once a patient checks in

  • Unstructured recovery follow-up after procedures

  • Staff jumping between schedule, queue, and messages

02 / The solution

The solution

Nexus built DermaCare as one clinical workflow with two surfaces: a patient portal for booking and recovery, and a staff dashboard for day-of operations, records, and flagged check-ins.

  • Patient booking, QR check-in, and live queue visibility

  • Treatment records with before-and-after photos

  • Protocol-driven recovery check-ins and alerts

  • Staff operations pulse for schedule, queue, and flagged recoveries

03 / The system

The system

The product treats dermatology as ongoing care, not a one-off appointment.

  • Availability and booking in clinic local time

  • Real-time walk-in queue for patients and staff

  • Procedure records linked to the visit

  • Per-service recovery protocols, milestones, and alert symptoms

04 / The outcome

The outcome

Front desk, clinicians, and patients share one journey: book, wait with visibility, document the procedure, and follow recovery without chasing photos in a message thread.
